Description

Flank Steak is cut from the flank of the beef and is best marinated (4-6 hours, or overnight) and cooked on the grill.  Because this is a lean cut of beef, the added fat from the marinade makes the beef flavor come through.  Flank Steak comes in 1 pound (approximately) vacuum sealed packages.
