Our very thinly sliced steak is perfect for Philly steak sandwiches. Sizzle Steak comes in 1 pound (approximately) vacuum sealed packages. Sizzle Steaks are cut from the Round. We slice ours extra thin, which requires only a minute or two to cook. When cooked with mushrooms and onions, then piled on a bun, Sizzle Steak makes a fast and easy meal. Our Sizzle Steak is sliced very thin and comes in 1 pound (approximately) vacuum sealed packages.
